ABOUT LINDA
Addressing Workplace Harm
Linda Crockett Consulting is about addressing workplace harm properly, not avoiding it.
I have spent over three decades working with individuals and organizations navigating some of the most complex and damaging workplace situations, including bullying, harassment, mobbing, psychological violence, and institutional betrayal. I have seen what happens when harm is minimized, ignored, or handled by people who are not qualified to do this work.
This is not about taking sides. It is about ensuring that every situation is assessed with the right expertise, that all parties are supported, and that the impact of harm is fully understood and addressed.
Workplace harm is rarely simple. It affects people’s health, identity, confidence, and livelihoods. It is often compounded by gaps within systems and a lack of trauma-informed response. Whether you are an employer, an injured worker, a witness, or someone accused of causing harm, you need a process that is trauma-informed, transparent, and grounded in accountability.
I do not offer surface-level solutions. I assess what is really happening, identify gaps in systems and leadership, and guide organizations and individuals through meaningful intervention, repair, and recovery.
Real psychological safety requires more than policy. It requires leadership that is aligned, accountable, and willing to lead change from the top down.
If harm has occurred, it must be addressed properly. If systems are failing, they must be challenged. And if people are impacted, they deserve qualified support and a path forward.
My work is grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed approach that ensures qualified support for all parties, accountability for repair and recovery, and leadership alignment to drive meaningful, top-down change in psychological safety.

What Her Clients Say
Linda is a very knowledgeable and engaged presenter. She knows the topic very well and can relate to the issues that employers, employees, and people have related to harassment and bullying in and out of the workplace. Her extensive education, experience, and passion on the topic was noticed by everyone in the room, and left our office in a stronger, more collaborative place with a focused direction on striving for and maintaining a safe workplace, with specifics on how to protect both employees and employers. Most importantly, her presentation reminded us that we all, we are all people who need to bond, be included, be respected, and protect each other.
I would very much like to thank you for your presentation at our staff retreat. The presentation focused on workplace bullying, which does happen whether you’re an employee of a big corporation or an employee of a First Nation. We as employees felt we needed to address workplace bullying, also known as lateral violence. The presentation was presented in a way where it was addressed using personal examples, and I think this made a lot of us feel very comfortable. The group exercises made us think and made us feel comfortable with each other. Linda, you showed us you cared about what was happening in our workplace and you were so willing to talk to our staff if they wanted to speak to you one-on-one. On behalf of our staff and Chief and Council, thank you!! I myself have seen the improvements in staff relations, the communication has improved, it’s more open, and I believe you have helped us put back the “team” into “teamwork”. Once again, thank you!
Linda, you have been a wonderful support to me through all of my unfortunate work situation. I feel very fortunate to have had this contact with you. You have an important purpose, and you are doing great work. I like that though you are developing your expertise in this area and have much more knowledge on this than I do, you are so open and you enjoy learning from your participants. We have shared and exchanged ideas and this makes me feel heard, understood, supported, and empowered. So thank you.
I can not thank you enough for all of the support and advice that you have provided to me, which I have in turn been able to provide to my co-worker who is also in the same situation. In many ways, bullying can be compared to being in an abusive relationship, and one of the strategies that the abuser uses is to make you feel isolated and alone, so building connections with other strong individuals who are willing to support you really is one of the most effective ways of overcoming the abuse. It truly means alot to me. It also kind of freaks me out as I have not yet fully embraced/accepted technology and I still can’t believe that you can just meet people in your computer!
